Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 7-10 days of placing the order. Delivery takes 3-4 days, depending on your location. Shipping details and tracking will be shared on whatsapp once your order is dispatched. 

Issue with the order

To raise a concern regarding the received piece(s), contact concierge@irramjewels.com within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, with accompanying certificates. 

Cancellations & Assistance

An order once confirmed, cannot be cancelled. In case a cancellation request is placed, the advance amount will be forfeited once the product has gone to the CAD development stage.
