2. The Conversation
We take the time to understand your preferences, your life and how you want the piece to feel when you wear it. This is where jewellery becomes more than an object of adornment, it begins to take shape as an extension of you.
3. The Curation
This is where it gets interesting, and we pull you closer into our world. Once we understand your design direction, we develop design possibilities around it. Our expert designers converse with you on diamond specifications, metal colour, texture, forms, stones and all else that makes every bit of the piece feel considered and chosen.
4. The Confirmation
When the piece feels right, we confirm its design: specifications, timeline and payment terms. Everything is communicated before we move forward, creating a process that feels considered from the first conversation to the final decision.
5. The Creation
The design then moves into the hands of our karigars, where form, proportion and technique come together. Whether chosen from the collection or created bespoke for you, each piece is made slowly and precisely. It turns into wearable art shaped by skilled hands and a shared point of view.
6. The Delivery
Once completed, your piece is carefully checked, finished and delivered to you. Designed for the life you live now and made to remain relevant beyond it, it arrives ready to become part of your story.
