Meet Reshu

Irram is the expression of its founder Reshu’s belief that jewellery should feel deeply personal, chosen not only for how it looks, but for what it reveals about the woman wearing it. Her designs are created for women who know themselves, choose with intention and want their jewellery to become part of how they express their character, stories and individuality.

Reshu grew up in a jewellery family, surrounded by stones, settings and the transformation of raw materials into objects of meaning. Her father shaped her earliest understanding of the craft, giving her an instinctive familiarity with jewellery and the meaning it can carry. Irram’s head karigar has been part of her story for even longer—he is the same karigar who pierced her ears when she was a baby. Today, they work together to bring her ideas to life, coming full circle on shared history, trust and an understanding of jewellery that goes far beyond the finished piece.

Before Irram, Reshu built her career in public relations. Those years taught her to listen closely, understand what draws people in and translate individual personalities into stories. Over time, she began to see jewellery as another form of that expression, one that could communicate character, emotion and identity without needing to explain itself. Irram became her way of translating this instinct into something tangible, bringing personal expression to life through jewellery.

“I have always been drawn to women with an unmistakable sense of self. Kate Moss inspires me with her undone individuality, while Coco Chanel represents the courage to disrupt a largely male-dominated world and create an entirely new language for women. I draw from that fearlessness, using it as inspiration to shape a visual language for Irram that feels contemporary, instinctive and entirely its own.” ~ reshu goel

Irram is a world shaped by intention—from its design language and intimate atelier experience to the way each piece is imagined and presented. - repetitive Contemporary, intuitive and quietly individual, the brand places the woman at the centre, creating jewellery that becomes a natural expression of her character, style and story.
